Day 1:            The Yogic Breathwork

- Introduction to Pranayama, Anatomy & its Philosophy.

- Learn about pranayama (breath-control exercises) and how to use the energy of your breath more effectively.

 

Day 2:        Breathing - Pranayamas

- The simple practice is accessible to everyone.

- You will learn how to reduce your appetite for heavy, processed and acidic foods, calm your nervous system and reduce stress.

- Learn to use the breath to relax, focus and bring health and vitality in your life.

 

 

 

 

 

Day 3:        THE AUM WORKSHOP

UNDERSTANDING "how to support and articulate our breath" so it becomes a better vehicle for communication is the purpose of this workshop.

This playful worksop   we will learn a lot about the relaxed use of the breath, the healing power of the exhale, and the efficient use of the entire respiratory system.

What is Pranayama?
